Favorable report for the Criminal Code issued by the Comission led by Florin Iordache

The Special Committee responsible for debating and amending the Criminal Code issued a favorable report for the Criminal Code with 15 votes in favor and only 7 against.

Titus Corlatean, the person in charge with  preparations for the EU Council Presidency, asserts that during its mandate as EU Presidency Council, Romania must focus on interconnection and also to move things faster in gas sector. Liviu Dragnea expresses disapproval towards offshore bilateral contracts

The Chamber of Deputies’ leader is concerned about the fact that Romania couldn’t win anything from the Black Sea gas. He asserted that the greatest risk for the country is that all natural resources will only transit Romania and there will be no contribution for the national state.  In the same declaration he added that he personally transmitted to other MPs from parliamentary Commissions that he does not approve that Black Sea gas to be sold only through bilateral contracts.
