PSD Chairman Liviu Dragnea said on Thursday that the emergency ordinance on tax measures announced by the Finance Minister will probably be given on Friday in a Government meeting. „It seems that tomorrow the ordinance will be adopted. It took some adjustments to the wording, the provisions remain the same,” Dragnea told the Palace of Parliament, asked what he had discussed at the meeting he had with the prime minister’s counselor, Darius Vîlcov, and with the Minister of Finance Eugen Teodorovici.

The censure motion was rejected

PSD deputy leader Daniel Suciu said they voted „for” 161 MPs and 3 „against”. In order to be adopted, the motion would require a minimum of 233 votes in favor. PSD, ALDE and UDMR lawmakers were present in the room but did not vote.
