European Commission President Jean Claude Juncker will meet with President Klaus Iohannis and Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă on Friday and will hold two press conferences with them. The Arbitral Tribunal of Bern (Switzerland) has fully rejected EFT AG ‘s claims for EUR 80 million, representing compensation for alleged non – execution by Hidroelectrica of the electricity supply contract concluded between the parties. Remus Borza, former legal administrator of Hidroelectrica, who denounced contracts with energy traders, made the following statements: „The long epic litigation with the smart boys, which started in June 2012, ends today and recorded 279 trials, either before the Romanian courts or before the arbitral tribunals in Switzerland and the United States or before the national courts from Austria.
