The National Petroleum Conveyor Ploiesti Conpet has a new Board of Directors, consisting of seven members elected by cumulative vote. The monthly gross fixed indemnity of administrators is 13,022 lei, according to a report published by the company on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) site. The shareholders of Conpet elected the following members of the Board of Directors in the meeting on Wednesday by applying the cumulative voting method: Constantin – Ciprian Iacob, Claudiu – Aurelian Popa, Florin – Daniel Gavrilă, Mihai – Adrian Albulescu, Cristian – Florin Gheorghe, Darius – Dumitru Mesca and Karina Paval.
Nuclearelectrica shareholders have prolonged the mandate contracts of the company’s chiefs
Shareholders of Nuclearelectrica (SNN), which operates the Cernavoda nuclear power plant, extended the duration of the mandate contracts of the General Manager, Deputy General Managers and Chief Financial Officer for a two-month period starting September 5, in a report published by the company on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) site.
