The last example: the decision of the Chamber of Deputies’ Industry Commission, led by Social Democrat Iulian Iancu, to eliminate the deduction of the royalty and limit the 30% deductibility of the investments recognized in the calculation of the income tax on the deregulation of onshore gas prices, which in addition will not be calculated at the actual price obtained by the producers, but at the one on the Vienna Stock Exchange, to which the royalty is also calculated.
